Nothing like taking a summer campfire favorite and turning it into a pie (or 'pah' as we pronounce here in the South). Crazy easy to prepare and an awesome way to have a taste of summer during the entire year. Enjoy, y'all.
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9-inch pie pan with baking spray.
Using an electric mixer/beater, cream butter and sugar together until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract and beat in to incorporate. Add the flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder and mix until all ingredients create a smooth batter.
Divide the batter in half. Press half the batter in the bottom and along the sides of the prepared pie pan. Evenly spread the marshmallow cream over the batter. Place the 3/4 of chocolate squares on top of the marshmallow cream. Place the mini-marshmallows on top.
Spread the remaining batter on top of and around all the marshmallows (allowing the marshmallows to show through). Press remaining chocolate squares into the top batter and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Set oven to broil and carefully brown the marshmallows on top of the pie, keeping a close watch on the oven to ensure the pie does not burn.
Remove pan from oven and set on a wire rack. Cool completely before serving.
