Sweet, savory, and crazy easy to prepare, this flavorful curry-spiced dish is one of my favorite ways to serve chicken. Awesome for Rosh Hashanah and all year round.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 baking dish and set aside. In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, curry powder, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken and bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour, or until chicken is tender. Baste frequently.
