Simple, yet delectable, these awesome sweet and savory honey and balsamic roasted carrots make a great addition to any Autumn dinner table. Heck, they make for an awesome addition to the table at any season. (PS. They are Passover friendly, as well.) Enjoy, y'all.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the carrots. Mix well.
Place carrots into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour glaze over carrots and toss to coat. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until fork tender.
